Who we are

Jesus Christ's Truth, Restoration, and Prayer House ("JC's TRAP House," "we," "us") is a California nonprofit religious corporation (registration pending). This policy covers jcstraphouse.org and our giving and sign-up pages at jesuschrists.b1.church. Joining our church family online does not create legal membership in the corporation.

What we collect

• Information you give us: your name, email, phone number, and anything you include in sign-up forms, prayer requests, job applications, or messages.
• Giving information: the amount, date, and your contact details. Card and bank payments are processed by Stripe. We do not see or store your full card or bank numbers.
• Chatbot conversations: if you use the chat assistant on our site, we receive what you type so it can answer you. Please do not enter sensitive personal, health, or financial information in the chat.
• Basic technical data: our site and service providers may collect standard data such as browser type, device, and pages visited, using cookies needed to run the site. We do not use Meta (Facebook) or Google advertising or tracking tools.

How we use it

To welcome you and keep in touch about services, events, and ministry news; to process and record gifts and send acknowledgments; to respond to prayer requests, messages, and applications; to answer chat questions; and to keep church records and improve our site.

We never sell our church rolls

We never sell, rent, trade, or give away our church rolls or your information to anyone.

Who we share with

Only trusted service providers that help us run the ministry, and only as needed for that work: our website host, ChurchApps/B1 (church management and sign-ups), Stripe (payments), our texting provider, and our chatbot provider. We may also share information if the law requires it or to protect someone's safety.

Text messages

If you opt in to texts, we may send ministry messages to the number you gave. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Agreeing to texts is never required. Your mobile number and text opt-in are never shared with third parties for their marketing.

Prayer requests

Prayer requests are shared only with our prayer team unless you tell us we may share them more widely.

Children

Our online forms and chat are for adults 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect information online from children under 13. If a parent or guardian believes a child gave us information, contact us and we will delete it.

Security

Your information is stored on secure servers with limited access, and we take reasonable steps to protect it. No online system is completely secure, but we work hard to keep your information safe.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct, or delete your information, or unsubscribe from emails or texts at any time, by contacting us.

Do Not Track

Our website does not currently respond to browser "Do Not Track" signals.

Changes

If we change this policy, we will post the new version here with a new effective date.
