Terms of Submission

1. Who These Terms Cover
These Terms apply when you send photos, video, audio, writing, testimony, or other creative work to Jesus Christ's Truth, Restoration, and Prayer House (JC's TRAP House; the "Church"), PO Box [TBD], California, through our website or forms.
2. You Must Be 18 or Older
You must be 18 or older to use these forms. If you are under 18, please do not submit here; a parent or guardian must sign the Church's paper or e-signed Minor Addendum (Schedule 3). Memorial content about someone who has died needs Schedule 1, and any AI or digital replica use needs Schedule 2.
3. If You Sign: Summary of the Grant
When you check the box and type your name, you sign the full Cast & Obituary Likeness Release and Media Assignment [link: jcstraphouse.org/release]. In short:
- You assign to the Church the copyright in the media you submit (a written assignment, not work for hire).
- You allow the Church to use your name, image, likeness, voice, signature, biography, and story, worldwide and permanently, in services, the website, YouTube, social media, films, fundraising, and promotion.
- This is volunteer participation; no payment is owed. The Church will not portray you falsely or demeaningly and will use sensitive details only with your separate written OK.
- Published content cannot be withdrawn, but you may ask us to stop future use, and we will consider it in good faith.

4. If You Do Not Sign: License Only
If you submit media without completing the signature below, you keep ownership. You give the Church a non-exclusive, perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, edit, display, and share that submission in its ministry, including your appearance as it is shown in that submission. No other rights pass.
5. Your Promise
You confirm that you created the material or have the right to share it, and that anyone identifiable in it has agreed.
